I repair and restore quilts - pieced, appliqued and embroidered styles. My work will
duplicate the original creator's, copying their technique and stitching styles. For those
quilts which have extensive damage, I can use undamaged portions to create a smaller quilt
or wall hanging. If you have a treasure stored in the closet because it is torn or ragged,
call me! I will also make a quilt or wall hanging from the blocks your grandmothers &
mothers made and saved.
I also create unique custom made quilt labels. E-mail for order form.

A Quilter's Legacy" is a
beautiful hard-covered journal, created by Shelley Michel.
It has been on the market since October 1998 and is already being used by thousands of
quilt owners and collectors to document information and stories about their quilts. The
7"x 9" spiral-bound journal is printed on heavy acid-free paper to protect your
photos, and contains enough pages for documentation of 20 quilts. The journal provides a
place for you to record the history and stories about each quilt you own, and allows you
to include pictures of each quilt described.
