Roll Call!
DON'T EVERYBODY TALK AT ONCE!
A call went out for the lurkers
To make their presence known
On this list of a thousand plus members --
Of course, we might have known!
Hundreds took up the challenge,
Mailboxes were truly well-filled,
Enough of the members wrote in
To make an enormous guild!
From all around the country
This incredible deluge came.
Friendly messages, every one,
Without a single flame.
What fun to read so many
Messages of good cheer
And to 'meet' so very many
Of the quilters who gather here.
Jacquie Scuitto. aka The Muse

few weeks and have been quilting for about 15 years. I'm currently working on
organizing my sewing room as it is still a mess with Christmas boxes not put
away yet. When I finish that I will be making a new quilt for our bed as our
almost 2 year old puppy chewed a couple of holes in the one I'm using now. Lynn

quiltaholic. My main project right now is to finish a quilt I promised for my

I won't tell you how many of those I have!) for every new project I start! I'm
working on 2 things right now: a quilt from a row-of-the-month from our Guild
last year--it is to be for DS and DDIL. I'm also finishing up a Christmas wall

where I want it to be. I really do want to get some charity quilts made this
year and have set that as my goal for 2003.
I am Carol. I live in central IN. I am 51. I have been quilting since I was
25. I am working on lots of UFOs and trying not to start any new projects until
I make a dent in the projects I already have here. I am on a roll and WILL keep
going.
Colleen 46 I am working on a large applique project for my daughters grad.
She graduated in 2000 so I am sooooo far behind.

married this last June. Instead of a guest book we had all the guests sign
6" squares of fabric. She is an aide to the President. Mr. Bush, Vice
Pres., most of the cabinet and so many other White House people have signed
squares. The top of the quilt is all hearts and trapunto.
I'm Lori, 42. I have three projects going on right now. I am quilting a full
size quilt for the daughter of a friend. I am also finishing up a whole cloth
quilt, King size, I am on the last border. I am also gathering things for my new
sewing room. My son is moving out Feb 1 and I will be redecorating and taking
over his room. It is about 20x12 and with two closets!
